Steve has overall responsibility for research, sales and marketing within ISG.
He is highly experienced and is a recognised expert in the research and strategy process behind premium seating concepts. He gained his expertise in this sector whilst at MMI, the premium seating specialist acquired by IMG.
This expertise encompasses the three critical components of that process:
- Identifying and collection of the research data.
- The analysis evaluation and reporting of the research data.
- The creation of and execution of the recommended strategy from product creation through sales and marketing and CRM.
Previously he spent 14 years with Coca-Cola, where he served in Bottler Operations, Brand Management and Worldwide Sports. As the Brand Manager for Coca-Cola he led the “re-launch” of Coca-Cola Classic to the now familiar red disk icon. He also served as Brands Director of Coca-Cola Great Britain and Ireland, headquartered in London.
More recently, he directed IMG’s 2003 programmes at the Salt Lake City Olympics and Korea/Japan World Cup. In these roles, he planned, directed and implemented consumer research across the world.
Steve received both undergraduate and MBA degrees from Texas A&M University.
